A departmental GST audit looks at your books and returns for one or more years. Good preparation decides whether it ends with no findings or with a large demand. We resolve it for businesses across Haryana — online, without you visiting the GST department.
Under Section 65, the department gives at least 15 working days notice in Form ADT-01. The audit can be done at your place of business or the tax office, and should be completed within 3 months (extendable by up to 6 more months). Findings are communicated in ADT-02. Unresolved findings can lead to a show cause notice.
Haryana: from June 2026, DRC-01 notices and DRC-07 orders are also sent by registered or speed post in addition to the GST portal, so check your post as well as the portal.
Unanswered audit observations go straight into the ADT-02 findings and then into a show cause notice.
Everything we do is through lawful, documented channels — replies on the portal, hearings and written submissions on record. A strong, documented reply is what closes matters quickly.
