A suspended GSTIN means you cannot issue tax invoices properly, your buyers may lose ITC and refunds stop. Suspension is usually the first step towards cancellation, so it needs a quick reply. We resolve it for businesses across Haryana — online, without you visiting the GST department.
Under Rule 21A, a registration can be suspended when cancellation proceedings start - by an officer through a REG-17 show cause notice, or automatically through a REG-31 intimation when the system finds return mismatches or non-filing. Since late 2025 the portal also suspends registrations that have not furnished bank account details under Rule 10A.
Haryana: from June 2026, DRC-01 notices and DRC-07 orders are also sent by registered or speed post in addition to the GST portal, so check your post as well as the portal.
If the reply is late or incomplete, the officer can cancel the registration - and restoring a cancelled GSTIN takes far longer than lifting a suspension.
Everything we do is through lawful, documented channels — replies on the portal, hearings and written submissions on record. A strong, documented reply is what closes matters quickly.
